Each chair within this series features a different base to meet varied environmental and budget demands. Larger upholstered ergonomic seats and backrests are standard. Select options like seat adjustment controls, backrests, armrests, casters and glides. Use the Upholstery Selector to choose colors and environmental performance features.

Backrest: 18" wide x 19" high, lumbar support, plastic protective panel

Seat: Ergonomic, 21" wide x 19" deep x 3" thick with waterfall front, four-way contouring and internal seat board bumperguard

Controls: Standard with Task Control -- Soft Touch pneumatic seat-height adjustment, fixed rearward seat tilt of 31⁄2°, backrest tilt, backrest-height adjustment.

Base: 5-legged fully polished cast aluminum base with 27" leg spread (26" caster to caster).

Casters and Glides: Models available standard with casters have an R following the model number/manufacturing code. The remaining models are standard with nickel-plated glides. Standard casters are a single-wheel ball bearing caster for hard floors; many other optional casters/glides are available.

Fire Retardant: Meets California Technical Bulletin 117; treatment to meet CAL 133 is optionally available.

Upholstery: A wide range of upholstery vinyls and fabrics are available to meet your needs.

Metal parts: MMP Series chairs have a powder-coated finish as standard or a chrome plated finish when specified with a C option code (base remains polished on powder-coated models).

Class 1 Clean Room

Chrome-plated metal parts, C1 air reservoir, Task Control ergonomic mechanism and air reservoir bag that are both encased in a protective pan, vinyl upholstery, and clean room casters or glides. Parts are cleaned and double-bagged for customer assembly in the customer’s clean room in certified clean bags. Class 1 is equivalent to ISO Class 3

Class 1 Clean Room/Static Control

Chrome-plated metal parts, C1 air reservoir, Task Control ergonomic mechanism and air reservoir bag that are both encased in a protective pan, drag chain, Microcon vinyl upholstery, continuity contact points, and conductive casters or glides. The parts are cleaned and double-bagged in certified clean bags, for customer assembly in the customer’s clean room. Class 1 is equivalent to ISO Class 3.

Class 1 Max Clean Room

Chrome-plated metal parts, C1 air reservoir, Articulating Seat Control and air reservoir bag that are both encased in a protective pan, vinyl upholstery, and clean room casters or glides. Parts are cleaned and double-bagged for customer assembly in the customer´s clean room. Class 1Max is equivalent to ISO Class 3

Class 1 Max Clean Room/Static Control

Chrome-plated metal parts, C1 air reservoir, Articulating Seat Control and air reservoir bag that are both encased in a protective pan, drag chain, Microcon vinyl upholstery, continuity contact points, and conductive casters or glides. The parts are cleaned and double-bagged in certified clean bags, for customer assembly in the customer’s clean room. Class 1Max is equivalent to ISO Class 3.

Class 10 Clean Room

Chrome-plated metal parts, Class 10 air reservoir, Task Control ergonomic mechanism and Grade 2 vinyl upholstery. Parts are cleaned and single-bagged in certified clean bags. Class 10 is equivalent to ISO Class 4

Class 10 Clean Room/Static Control

Chrome-plated metal parts, Class 10 air reservoir, Task Control ergonomic mechanism, conductive casters or glides, drag chain, continuity contact points, and Microcon vinyl upholstery. The parts are cleaned and single-bagged in certified clean bags. Class 10 is equivalent to ISO Class 4.

Class 100 Clean Room

Chrome-plated metal parts, Class 100 filtration system, Task Control ergonomic mechanism and Grade 2 vinyl upholstery. Class 100 is equivalent to ISO Class 5.

Breathable Class 10 Clean Room Chairs

Chrome-plated metal parts, non-outgassing, spun-woven nylon upholstery with high-efficiency filter media, Task Control ergonomic mechanism and clean room casters or glides. Parts are cleaned and single-bagged in certified clean bags. Breathable Class 10 is equivalent to ISO Class 4

Class 100 Clean Room/Static Control

Chrome-plated metal parts, Class 100 filtration system, Task Control ergonomic mechanism, conductive glides or casters, drag chain, continuity contact points, and Microcon vinyl upholstery. Class 100 is equivalent to ISO Class 5.

Class 1000 Clean Room

Chrome-plated metal parts, vinyl seat underwrap with filtered exhaust ports, Task Control ergonomic mechanism and vinyl upholstery recommended for clean room use. Class 1000 is equivalent to ISO Class 6.

Class 1000 Clean Room/Static Control

Chrome-plated metal parts, vinyl seat underwrap with filtered exhaust ports, Task Control ergonomic mechanism, conductive casters or glides, drag chain, continuity contact points, and Microcon vinyl upholstery. Class 1000 is equivalent to ISO Class 6.

Static Control

Chrome plated metal parts, metal-to-metal contact points, conductive glides or casters, drag chain and ESD upholstery.
